Who we are

JDA was founded by company Director, James Dodd.

James has spent over 25 years embedded in the tech, entertainment and e-commerce industries. Over the last 13 years he has worked in Executive Search leadership, placing Board, C-Suite, SLT and team builds, into businesses around the globe. These industries span Technology, Video Games, Arts and Entertainment, Media Production and Post-Production, Global Think Tanks, e-commerce and more.

As well as running JDA Executive Search, James runs an award-winning not-for-profit supporting games industry professionals, sits on a number of best practice committees, is a member of UKIE and BAFTA, and a speaker.

Whilst James leads all searches, our network of associates includes experienced, qualified industry professionals from HR, Tech, Entertainment, Law, Video Games and more, supporting JDA’s work to ensure clients receive the absolute best in client care, support and delivery.
